Ozuko (Aer Travel Pack Clone) Review

Today we’re taking a look at the Ozuko Backpack from Banggood. This is a fairly clear copy of the old 2017 Aer Travel Pack and has a lot of the same features for about half the price. Currently this bag is about AUD$189 (USD$114) Which is pretty good considering the features you get for the price.

Taking a look at the bags features. It has two waterproof zips on the front and a water bottle pocket on the side. A nice comfortable carry handle on the top and compression straps all around the bag. Its not listed on the website exactly the capacity of this bag but I would guess around 20 to 25L. It is on the heavy side at 1.4kg or 3lbs.

The backpack straps are comfortable and it has a sternum strap and load lifters built in which help to make it more comfortable to carry. Theres a dedicated laptop compartment in the back which carries upto a 15″ laptop, I believe there’s a larger version of this bag that carries up to a 17″ as well.

Theres also an additional front pocket with organizational pockets inside for accessories. A small built in rain cover pocket on the top which could also be used for passports or sunglasses. And around the back is a hidden pocket that would be great for passports or money. Finally theres a ventilated shoe pocket on the bottom but it packs into the main compartment. So if you place bulky shoes in that pocket you’ll have less overall packing space in your main compartment.

Overall a great backpack for the price with a lot of great features. I just wish it had a side carry handle and was a bit more lightweight while empty. But worth checking out if you’re in the market for a new backpack.
